I purchased my PK 360 through a deal offered to members of the amazingribs.com pitmaster forum. Included with the PK 360 was a cover, pizza stone, a charcoal basket and some other accessories. From day one, I've been using the charcoal basket to setup 2-zone cooking which was one of the main features that attracted me to the PK 360.
I talked about my cooking process and the charcoal basket in my Pork Butt On The PK 360 video.
One of the subscribers to the channel suggested that I check out the Kick Ash Basket for PK Grills which works with both the original PK Grill and the PK 360. I already use a Kick Ash Basket for my Kamado Joe Classic so buying one for my PK 360 was a no brainer. Kick Ash Baskets do a great job improving the air flow inside your cooker and their design makes it easy to setup a 2-zone cooking area inside your cooker.
This video shows my first experience with the Kick Ash Basket for my PK 360 as well as a recipe for a hearty Beef Pot Roast. The Kick Ash Basket performed well and is a welcome addition to my cooking arsenal.
